[E-trademarks] Trademark Center Beta Application - Pay & Submit hyperlink

Hi Everyone,

We have been using the Trademark Center’s Beta  version to prepare and file trademark applications.  We  have been using it for roughly 4-5 months now and there have been minor glitches but nothing like this.

Here’s one that we are stumped on.   We prepared a trademark application.  Sent to our client for signature.  Client has signed it.  We received the automatic prompt from the USPTO with the hyperlink to Pay & Submit.  However, the Pay & Submit hyperlink is not working.   We have called the USPTO twice and they are investigating it.  I was wondering if any of you have any ideas why the PAY & SUBMIT hyperlink to complete the trademark filing is not working.  Client has properly signed the application with the /s/ signature between slashes.  They have dated the application.  They have checked off all boxes in the Declaration.   Any ideas why the link might not be working?   USPTO is still investigating but I would really like to get this application filed.
