[E-trademarks] Ah, these new filing fees...

I’ve grappled with this with others, and we all agree that 44 applications
are effectively $550 per class (and probably more because they will likely
blow through 1000 characters) unless by some miracle the identification is
short. Going to have to call an audible when received.
