[E-trademarks] New Trademark Center specimen-goods identification

The last trademark applications that I went through in the past few days 
in Trademark Center had several places where I might or might not have 
checked some box, and then in parentheses it would say something like 
"if you don't answer this question now, there will be a fee to pay later".
