[Patentcenter] Filing a Continuation Reissue Application

I am attempting to file a continuation reissue application and Patent Center is not cooperating.

I uploaded all of the required documents as a new application and submitted without paying the fees because the fees for reissue didn't show up. I have since figured out that this was probably incorrect as I have now found that Patent Center has a different pull-down menu under Post Grant for "Request for Reissue." At this point, if figure that I have probably locked in a filing date with my current upload, but it may be a difficult task to get everything straightened out so I plan on letting that filing lapse without paying the fee and refiling the continuation reissue using the "Request for Reissue" page in Patent Center.

The problem is that when I do that, and I select "Upload ADS" and upload my fillable AIA/14 form, I get an error message:

I have looked at several other continuation reissue applications that I have found and I don't see any problems with my ADS. I understand that a continuation reissue must include a benefit claim as a continuation of the pending reissue AND a benefit claim as a direct reissue of the original issued patent, and the examples I have looked at do include both benefit claims in the ADS. In my case, there is quite a lengthy list of benefit claims for the issued patent being reissued, and I have tried putting the direct reissue benefit claim at the front and at the back of the ADS, both get the same error that I show above.

So, has anyone successfully filed a continuation reissue in Patent Center and this is a new Patent Center bug? Or is there something that I am not doing correctly in my AIA/14 ADS form? I am going to proceed to reupload everything as a Reissue using the upload ADS setting instead of having Patent Center scrape the info from the ADS, but I was actually hoping to have Patent Center do what error-checking it does to help ensure I got things right. But I guess there is so little checking that I should just go ahead and proceed with my uploaded ADS form and trust my own research.
