[Patentcenter] Patent Center broken? (was Re: PatentCenter search limit reached)

Maybe things are also broken on the trademark side.  Here is one of the 
three very unhelpful error messages I received from the trademark 
e-filing system just now:

Tried it with Chrome, tried it with Edge.  No joy.
