[Patentcenter] From the USPTO: PatentCenter Broken - Cannot pay fees

That's a USELESS explanation.  We KNOW it wasn't working.  What we want to know is WHY wasn't it working, and WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO to prevent this from happening again.  Heads need to roll.

A message was posted this morning on the USPTO Systems Status and Availability page indicating that some users were experiencing issues accessing multiple external USPTO facing systems requiring a MyUSPTO login.

This was a USPTO network wide issue that was not exclusive to Patent Center. Patents and Trademarks were affected.

Alternative methods of payment are listed using the Patents link shown in the screenshot you provided.

Patent Center has been broken several times over the past week.  Specifically, one cannot log in to upload any filings.

Currently, as of this moment, it is broken - one is unable to log in.

Is Patent Center going to be fixed anytime soon such that it works reliably?
