[Patentcenter] Fwd: Signon letter for Assignment Center

Dear Colleagues:

Please sign on to a letter relating to Assignment Center.  Assignments are
currently under review at OMB under the Paperwork Reduction Act; this
letter notes that Assignment Center makes several things more difficult,
and the PTO should book that additional burden.  I got a number of
suggestions -- typos, toning down a few poitns to criticize the software
and the processes, not the people, and adding two new points at pages
17-18.  Also, the signup list got corrupted sometime between 4PM and 6PM
(eastern) yesterday--I was able to recover some of the lost data, but
perhaps not all.

I welcome comments.  (Your help is more important this time than usual—I
don’t use Assignment Center extensively, so I am dependent on you to
fact-check me.)  If you have enough comments that a Word doc would be
helpful (it’s a lot easier for me if you give me comments in Track
Changes), please let me know.
