[Patentcenter] Same Day, Additional Filing

If you forgot to upload a document when filing a US application with a
foreign priority claim, can you file the forgotten document (immediately
after, the same day--minutes later) and have that separately filed document
count as part of the original filing?  Any MPEP or other cite to make one
more confident?

I think I have seen this as possible, but I cannot find it searching my
emails.
