[Patentcenter] constant browser refreshes> (was Patent Center is broken?)

Thank you to all who have been reporting the Patent Center headaches and
the workaround to keep refreshing. The logout problem is not limited to
Patent Center, but also seems to apply to the Certified Copy Center as
well. I used the same refresh/re-login technique to finally get to the page
where I could order a trademark abstract of title.
