[Patentpractice] Dislodging office actions counted but not mailed for weeks

wow this brings back memories.  Top dead center.  Meaning the crankshaft 
has the piston in its highest position.  Meaning that if the spark plug 
were to try to fire, the combustion would not make the crankshaft rotate.

Years since I thought about this.

Nowadays I drive an EV so it has been a while since I have thought about 
crankshafts.
