[Patentpractice] Dislodging office actions counted but not mailed for weeks

I've had this before. Everything happened normally. My understanding is that this usually happens because of 2 possible most likely reasons:
1.
Examiner has to get supervisor of some sort to sign off before it's mailed, and the supervisor is not available (busy/on vacation)
2.
Applicant and Examiner had the mishap of getting this particular action / matter pulled for quality review, in which case OA is delayed.
There's nothing you can really do, so you just keep waiting...

wow this brings back memories. Top dead center. Meaning the crankshaft has the piston in its highest position. Meaning that if the spark plug were to try to fire, the combustion would not make the crankshaft rotate.
Years since I thought about this.
Nowadays I drive an EV so it has been a while since I have thought about crankshafts.

My apologies if this isn’t the right listserv for this question.
Have others seen notations in Patent Center of a first office action (OA1) that was ‘counted but not mailed’ and still sits there with that status for weeks?
I have three, two pending since July 8, one pending since July 29. Of course, I checked to see if they appear in the Documents page. No joy.
Of course, I’m forced into CYA by taking screenshots of PC showing dates.
They all happen to be design patent applications. Two different examiners. AU 2932 and 2938 respectively.
They’re from three different inventors, but, oddly, two work for the same company (same examiner for both) and the third works for another subsidiary of the same company (different examiner).
No clue, of course, what’s in the OA1’s to find out if there’s any significance to the oddity.
Any recommendations on how to get these off high center?
I’ve tried calling the examiners but to no avail.
