[Patentpractice] USPTO welcome letters

I think the welcome letters are narcissistic.

And then we get the once-a-week emails from the USPTO detailing "USPTO 
events for the next two weeks".   I cannot imagine any category of 
reader who would find those emails helpful in any way.
